These terms cover your use of agentfloz.com and any text messages you agree to receive from AgentFloz. How we handle information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
1. About these terms
AgentFloz builds automated systems that carry out defined business tasks inside software our clients already use. By using this website, or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in.
2. Using this website
You may browse this site and contact us through it. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or overload it, gain access to anything you are not meant to reach, or use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful.
3. Our services
Work we do for a client is governed by a written agreement with that client, which sets out the scope, the price and the terms of the engagement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms until an agreement is signed.
4. Text messaging program
Program. Monem Technology Services LLC, doing business as AgentFloz.com, sends two kinds of text message, each only to people who have opted in to that kind:
- Non-marketing messages about appointments, notifications, events, reminders, services and follow-ups, including operational alerts to our own team.
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers, discounts and new product updates.
- How you opt in. By ticking the matching box on our contact form at agentfloz.com, which is optional and unticked by default, or by texting our number, +1 (888) 799-2974, to request alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of a reply to your request.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to take part in our text messaging program.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no more after that.
- Help. Text HELP to +1 (888) 799-2974 for assistance, or email hello@agentfloz.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
The text, design, graphics and logos on this site belong to AgentFloz. You may share links to it, but please do not copy or republish its content as your own.
6. No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or suited to a particular purpose. Information on the site is general and is not professional advice for your situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AgentFloz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
9. Changes
We post changes here and update the date at the top. If you have opted in to our text messages and a change materially affects them, we will tell you before it takes effect.
